David Ronsen is the Founder, President & CEO of Meridian Specialty Vehicles, Inc. David spends his time between Oregon where he resides with his wife and three children and the company headquarters in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Glen Henderson
Glen Henderson is the Vice President of Sales for Meridian specialty Vehicles, Inc. Glen was formerly a top producer for a Fortune 200 Company that had sales in Excess of $14 Billion Dollars annually. Prior to that he was the President & CEO of a major specialty vehicle manufacturer.
Glen holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Computer Science and is a graduate of Liberty University. He is a U.S. Army Veteran and served for 5 years at the Pentagon in the Information Systems Command where he held a Top Secret Security Clearance.
Glen has 2 children and spends his time between his home in Yukon, OK and the company headquarters in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Neil Vinsant
Neil Vinsant is the Chief Operating Officer of Meridian Specialty Vehicles, Inc. In his role, he provides overall leadership, direction and strategic focus for the daily operations of the company.
Before joining the team at Meridian Specialty Vehicles, Neil spent 6 years as Chief Operating Officer for another specialty vehicle company and handled all aspects of daily operations. Prior to that Neil was General Manager for multiple locations of Lowe’s stores where he was responsible for all aspects of store operations producing annual sales volumes in excess of $50 million. His store served as a training store for new managers and Neil was awarded the “Best Service Store” over 2000 other competing stores.
Neil and his wife are active in their community where they operate a gymnastics center that served as the starting point for their daughter who competed in the 2012 Olympics in London for Team USA.
Neil holds a bachelors of Science degree in business from McNeese State University and certificates from Lowe’s in Management, Operations, Sales, Human Resources, Loss Prevention, Safety and Inventory Management.
Neil was born in Great Falls, Montana and resides with his wife in Las Vegas, Nevada.
